Krishna Group, a name synonymous with trust, excellence, and innovation, was founded in 1974 by Lt. Shri Kishan Lal Modi. His vision, dedication, and business acumen laid the foundation for what is today one of India’s most trusted multi-brand business conglomerates. Over the past 50 years, Krishna Group has grown into a powerhouse in automobiles, commercial vehicles, construction equipment, industrial solutions, home interiors, and financial services.
Today, Krishna Group operates under the leadership of Mr. Ashok Kumar Modi (Elder Son & Chairman), Mr. Sanjay Modi (CEO, Second Elder Son), and Mr. Raja Modi (CEO, Younger Son). The next generation—Mr. Gaurav Modi, Mr. Hardik Modi, Mr. Chaitanya Modi, Mr. Vedant Modi, Mrs. Ankita Modi, Mrs. Nikita Modi, and Mrs. Shreya Modi (Directors)—is carrying forward this legacy with a focus on growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Godrej Interio was launched, bringing world-class furniture and modular interior solutions for homes and offices, catering to the evolving lifestyle needs of our customers.
1994
Strengthening the Automobile Sector
Tirupati Auto Agency -
Tirupati Bajaj introduced Bajaj two-wheelers and three-wheelers to the region, making personal and commercial transportation more accessible.
On 1994, the auspicious day of Vasant Panchami, Krishna Group established Shri Saptdev Mandir at Modi Road, Sitamani, Korba (Chhattisgarh). This sacred place has since become a center for spiritual and social welfare activities, reflecting Krishna Group’s commitment to giving back to society.
